The incident unfolded at a residence on Chateau Way, where two armed suspects had the audacity to break in and attempt a robbery. Apparently, they didn’t get the memo that crime doesn’t pay — at least not for the ones who get caught!
Thanks to the quick response from the Vacaville police, one suspect, Dandre Wilson, 29, of Sacramento, was arrested not too far away in Fairfield. Let’s be honest; it wouldn’t take a detective to figure out that sticking around after shooting someone isn’t the brightest idea. As it stands, one victim is recovering in stable condition, despite having become an unwilling participant in a live-action crime drama.
Police are still on the hunt for the second suspect, but they assure the public there’s no ongoing threat. I guess they’re trying to keep us calm while we try to figure out how our cozy little homes turned into crime scenes!
