When Toe-Sucking Turns to Stalking: The Shocking Case of Cristian Solorio

In a truly unsettling incident, Cristian Solorio, a 28-year-old man from Modesto, has been convicted of stalking after a bizarre episode involving his victim’s toes. According to prosecutors, Solorio began his campaign of obsession in February of last year, frequently showing up at the victim’s workplace, raising serious red flags along the way.

Things took a more disturbing turn in May when he broke into her home and began biting and licking her toes while she was sound asleep. It’s hard to imagine a more invasive breach of personal space. Fortunately, the victim managed to wake up and keep him calm until help arrived.

As a result of his unsettling behavior, Solorio received the maximum sentence of six years and eight months in state prison. Interestingly, he’s also facing federal drug trafficking charges, proving that, sometimes, trouble just finds you—no matter how strange your methods might be.
