Bachelorette alum DeAnna Pappas is heading to court against her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, over what she claims is a straightforward case of breach of contract: a $109K payment he allegedly owes her from their 2024 divorce settlement.

The dispute centers on retirement funds. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, DeAnna was awarded one-half of Stephen’s retirement account as part of the divorce agreement. The problem? She alleges he withdrew a substantial amount before the split was finalized, reducing what was supposed to be her share. After her team calculated the damage, the number came to $109K—money she says she’s still waiting for, plus interest.

DeAnna and Stephen married in 2011 and separated in 2023. They share two minor children together, and their divorce settlement included initial child and spousal support payments of $2,000 per month from Stephen. That obligation, however, was reduced to zero after he claimed severe financial hardship following a job loss in the gaming industry. Last year, Stephen painted a picture of financial struggle in court filings, stating he was“actively looking for a job”with“no success,”driving for Uber when he could, and claiming he earned just $436 per month with only $10K in the bank.

Now DeAnna is asking a judge to find Stephen in violation of their divorce agreement and order him to pay up. A hearing is scheduled for June.
