That original outfit was a beaded Collette Dinnigan minidress, and Zendaya’s stylist Law Roach confirmed the tribute by posting Berry’s photo with the caption“The original @halleberry.”

Berry didn’t just quietly approve. She reposted the side-by-side comparison the next morning and wrote that Zendaya“murdered the night.”It was a full-circle moment for two stars who have supported each other for years. Back in 2021, Berry named Zendaya as her pick to represent the future of Hollywood, and Zendaya called that praise an incredible honor.
