Brian Austin Green and Jennie Garth spent ten years playing Donna and David on“Beverly Hills, 90210,”but this week the relationship played out a little differently online. Green reposted two Instagram Reels that mocked Garth’s QVC clothing line,“Me by Jennie Garth,”adding only two laughing-crying emojis with no caption. The Reels were originally posted by comedian Pete Zias back in April and June, and they take aim at the line’s neutral colors along with Garth’s appearance. Neither Green nor Garth has responded publicly.

The timing is a big part of why this caught fire. Garth launched the clothing line in 2024, and the Reels had been sitting on the internet for months before Green resurfaced them this week. The two actors have stayed loosely connected over the years, teaming back up for the“BH90210”revival in 2019. Meanwhile, Garth has been in the headlines for her podcast fallout with former co-host Tori Spelling, which makes this latest chapter land a little harder for longtime fans.

So what do you make of it? A harmless inside joke between two people who’ve known each other for thirty years, or one more example of celebrities airing old business in front of everybody? Sound off in the comments. And tell us: were you Team Donna and David back in the day?
