BTS fans who can’t make it to South America this fall just got some good news. The group is beaming two full concerts from Buenos Aires and São Paulo into movie theaters worldwide, marking the first time BTS has done live cinema broadcasts from that region. The Buenos Aires show takes place October 24 at Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata, and it’s the group’s first-ever performance in Argentina. São Paulo follows on October 30 at Estádio MorumBIS, closing out a three-night stadium run there on the 28th, 30th, and 31st.
Both broadcasts will screen live across the Americas on their respective show dates. Fans in other parts of the world catch the Buenos Aires show on October 25 and the São Paulo show on October 31, thanks to the time zone difference. It’s all part of the group’s ARIRANG world tour, and it brings RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook to a theater screen near you without the cost of a passport and a plane ticket.
Tickets go on sale September 17 at 9:00 a.m. ET through the event’s official website, and these screenings tend to fill up fast in smaller markets. If you’ve got a fan in the family, it might be worth setting an alarm and claiming a few seats.
Are you planning to catch one of these broadcasts, or would you rather hold out for a live show someday?
