The employee, amidst swearing and insults, claimed that the woman had painted her face to switch races and was pretending to be someone she wasn’t. This unhinged outburst transpired while the victim was simply trying to enjoy a sweet snack, a scene that quickly took a sour turn.

The video captured by a bystander shows the employee making a series of bizarre accusations, all while being fully aware that she was being recorded. Despite the setting being known for its delicious cinnamon rolls and family-friendly atmosphere, this employee’s language and demeanor were anything but appetizing. Cinnabon executives wasted no time in addressing the issue, promptly firing the employee and condemning her actions as “disturbing.”
