Comedian Caught on Camera Writing "Douche" on Fellow Comic's Tesla Windshield

A parking lot disagreement between two comedians has turned into a viral social media feud, and it’s all thanks to a Tesla’s security cameras. Conservative comedian Jeff Dye posted footage showing left-leaning comic Laura Kightlinger writing“Douche”in the fog on his windshield after a comedy show. The video has already racked up over 440,000 views on X, and both comedians have been trading barbs online ever since.

Kightlinger, a former producer on“Will&Grace,”admitted to the act and called it impulsive. She also apologized to Dye in private messages, but publicly defended her actions. Dye, who is an outspoken Christian and conservative, called the behavior childish and said he was simply holding her accountable. The exchange has sparked a larger conversation about how political divides are showing up in unexpected places, even among entertainers who used to stick to making people laugh.
