Hamilton Turns 10: Lin-Manuel Miranda Announces 'Rise Up!' Anniversary Box Set

A decade after Hamilton first took the Broadway stage, Lin-Manuel Miranda has announced Rise Up! Hamilton: The Anthology, a box set arriving September 25th in 7xLP vinyl and 5xCD editions. The collection brings together the 2015 original Broadway cast recording, 2016’s The Hamilton Mixtape, and Hamildrops: The Complete Collection, which has never been released in a physical format until now.

The packaging was designed by Grammy-winning artist Masaki Koike and includes an 80-page book featuring never-before-seen photos and new essays about the show’s impact over the past ten years. Contributors to the project include arranger Alex Lacamoire and cast recording producers Ahmir“Questlove”Thompson and Tarik“Black Thought”Trotter, names familiar to anyone who has followed the music behind the musical.

If you don’t want to wait until the 25th, the previously unreleased“HamilTEN Megamix”from the 2025 Tony Awards is available now. That performance marked the original cast’s first time back on stage together since 2016, and it’s a fitting preview for a set that celebrates a show still running at the Richard Rodgers Theatre and touring worldwide.
