Harry Styles had to cancel his Tuesday, July 21 performance at Estádio do MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil due to tour illness. Live Nation announced the cancellation, confirming that the show will not be rescheduled. All ticket holders will receive full refunds through their original point of purchase, so there’s no need to worry about losing your money. However, the team behind his Together, Together tour is giving fans an opportunity to pivot to Friday’s already-scheduled July 24 show at the same venue.

If you’re holding a ticket from the canceled Tuesday show, you can use your ticket number to snag an exclusive discount on Friday’s performance. That discount code is valid from Tuesday at 12 p.m. through Friday at 12 p.m. BRT, so timing matters if you want to grab those tickets. Fair warning: Friday’s inventory is limited because the venue and tour organizers only opened up as much additional capacity as they could manage. It’s not a huge inventory, so if you’re interested, don’t sleep on it.

This cancellation comes during an intense stretch for Styles’residency-style tour, which has already played ten shows in Amsterdam and twelve in London, where he set a Guinness World Record at Wembley Stadium. The tour model is different from traditional touring because it plants Styles in one city for multiple consecutive nights, which delivers an incredible experience for fans but also demands a lot physically. With Mexico City, New York, and Australia still to come, hopefully this is just a minor setback. Are you or someone you know affected by this cancellation? How are you planning to handle it?
