Jenelle Evans Has Ex David Eason's BMW Towed From Her Garage: "Get It Towed"

Jenelle Evans is officially done playing parking lot attendant for her ex. Over the weekend, she posted a photo of a black BMW SUV sitting in her garage and announced she’d had it towed, writing,“If your ex abandoned his vehicle at your house, get it towed.”She followed it up with a cheerful little note that she was“sooo happy that’s off my to-do list.”

The backstory makes it a little more than a petty post. David Eason was awarded that BMW in the couple’s July 2025 divorce and ordered to take over the remaining payments. Evans filed a contempt motion in October claiming he wasn’t paying debts he was legally responsible for. The two married in 2017, separated in February 2024, and finalized their divorce last summer. This week she also made it clear on social media that the only thing they share now is coparenting their nine-year-old daughter, Ensley.

Whatever side you land on, plenty of folks in our neck of the woods have stared down a driveway full of an ex’s stuff and wondered how long is too long to wait. Court orders are one thing. Getting somebody to actually follow through is another.
