Former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is opening up about a serious health scare that she says has left her in constant pain and fearing for her future. In an emotional Instagram video, Evans explained that she recently ended up in the hospital after a steroid injection for knee pain caused extreme side effects. An MRI revealed that a cyst on her spine has grown to nearly four millimeters, and doctors have warned that if it keeps expanding, it could lead to paralysis.

Evans, who was diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) after knee surgery in April, says the pain is relentless.“I am literally in pain from the base of my skull to my tailbone, and it is every single day, every day on top of my leg pain,”she said through tears. The former reality star also admitted that the emotional weight of the situation has become overwhelming. She’s started seeing a psychotherapist because she feels hopeless and stuck at home, something many people dealing with chronic health issues can relate to.

Her story is a stark reminder that health challenges don’t care about fame or follower counts. Whether it’s CRPS, a spinal cyst, or any other ongoing medical battle, the fear of the unknown and the daily grind of pain can wear anyone down. Evans ended her video with a simple plea:“I just want answers at this point.”Have you ever had to fight to get answers from the medical system? How did you stay strong while waiting?
