Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Face Off in Atlanta Court for Son KJ's Bond Hearing

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were both in a Fulton County courtroom on Friday for the bond hearing of their 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann. The estranged couple arrived separately, sat apart in the gallery, and did not interact during the proceedings. Kim was joined by her 29-year-old daughter, Brielle.

KJ was indicted last week on seven felony counts, including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 23 at a Lifetime Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, says the defense plans to enter a not guilty plea and has filed a motion to transfer the case to juvenile court. Kim has publicly maintained her son’s innocence, and Sheffield stated that KJ“categorically denies”the allegations.
