KJ Biermann Bond Set at $200K in Georgia Felony Case as Lawyer Calls It 'So Traumatizing'

KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of reality TV star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, was granted $200,000 bond Friday in Fulton County Superior Court on seven felony charges. If he makes bond, the judge ordered house arrest at his mother’s home, virtual school, no social media and no phone, plus no contact with the victim or anyone 16 or under.

Prosecutors cited documented physical injury in the case and said videos found on KJ’s phone allegedly show penetrative sex with a family member under 12. A victim statement read in court said she is“living in fear”and scared for her family. Defense attorney Jason Sheffield said his client“is not only presumed innocent, but is, in fact, innocent,”and that he will plead not guilty at an October 14 arraignment.

The case also involves separate charges tied to an alleged April 23 assault on a female classmate at a Georgia fitness center.
