Kroy Biermann, the former NFL player and estranged husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, has been ordered to pay $64,000 over a defaulted Bahamas casino credit line from November 2021. Court records show the judgment awards Sky Warrior $52,500 plus interest, along with $11,927.35 in fees. The order was served at his Georgia home on August 28.
The debt news lands in the same month as a much more serious development. On August 17, Biermann’s 15-year-old son KJ was arrested on aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery charges after a female classmate accused him of assaulting her at an Alpharetta fitness center in April. On September 11, a judge granted KJ a $200,000 bond. Kroy, Kim, and daughter Brielle attended the hearing, where prosecutors alleged videos on KJ’s phone showed him with a relative under 12.
