Kroy Biermann, the former NFL player and reality TV personality, has been ordered to pay more than $64,000 tied to a gambling debt from a November 2021 trip to the Bahamas. Court records show Sky Warrior, the company that handles credit lines at Baha Mar Casino, sued him in 2023 over a $100,000 line of credit before moving the case to Fulton County, Georgia. A judge signed off on the judgment in March, and Biermann was served the post-judgment order at his Georgia home on August 28. The total breaks down to $52,500 in unpaid chip markers plus $11,927.35 in attorneys’fees and costs.
The timing is rough. Biermann was served just days after his 15-year-old son KJ’s arrest, and a bond hearing on September 11 brought new allegations from prosecutors that KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield, says grossly misrepresent the facts and resolution of the case.
