Scooter Braun Reportedly Wants to Marry Sydney Sweeney, and a Source Says He Could Propose Within Six Months

There is a reason folks cannot stop talking about this one. A source says Scooter Braun, the music executive behind some of the biggest names in the business, wants to marry actress Sydney Sweeney and could propose within six months. The same source reportedly called her the modern Marilyn Monroe, and flat out said he is trying very hard to marry her. That is a lot of intent for a couple who only met in June of 2025 at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding.

Since then, the two have been pretty visible together. They were photographed kissing on a gondola in Venice during the Venice Film Festival. They showed up side by side for Rosh Hashanah services at Temple Sholom in Greenwich, Connecticut. And on September 12, Braun posted a birthday tribute to Sweeney for her 29th birthday. That is a mix of romance and tradition that has people paying attention.

What makes this more than just another celebrity story is that Braun is reportedly involved in Sweeney’s career too, helping her find a new manager. So the question a lot of us are sitting with is whether this is a genuine romance, a smart partnership, or both wrapped up together.
