Snoop Dogg Biopic Gets Official Release Date: What We Know So Far

Universal Pictures just locked in the release date for the highly anticipated Snoop Dogg biopic. Coming August 6, 2027, the film marks a major milestone for hip-hop storytelling in Hollywood. What makes this project special is that it’s the first film under a new deal between Universal and Death Row Pictures, Snoop’s own production company, which means he’s got significant creative control over how his story gets told on the big screen.

Jonathan Daviss, who fans know from Outer Banks, has been cast in the lead role as Snoop Dogg himself.
