Snoop Dogg is taking the reins at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, and the show is headed back to Los Angeles for the first time since 2017. The Long Beach native made his VMA debut in 1994 and has three wins to his credit, plus a handful of performances people still bring up decades later. Now he’s the one running the night.
