Sydney Sweeney Flips a Biplane Upside Down and Challenges Tom Cruise: "Watch Out"

Sydney Sweeney is not afraid of heights. The“Euphoria”actress posted a video Monday of herself standing on top of a yellow biplane as it flew through the sky, and then the plane rolled upside down. She stayed attached and smiling the entire time, wearing safety goggles and a red vest. Her caption?“Watch out Tom Cruise.”

The official Top Gun Instagram account responded with“Feel the need for speed,”and fans flooded the comments praising her bravery. Some even suggested she’s ready for a Mission Impossible role. Cruise performed a nearly identical biplane stunt in the 2025 film“Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning,”and previously said the experience almost broke his back and caused him to lose consciousness during filming. Sweeney made it look easy by comparison.
