Taylor Frankie Paul Admits She Cheated on Her Bachelorette Fiancé With Ex Dakota Mortensen

Taylor Frankie Paul didn’t hold anything back on the“Secret Lives of Mormon Wives”Season 5 premiere. The former“Bachelorette”lead admitted she cheated on her fiancé Doug Mason with her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen, the father of her two-year-old son, Ever. According to Taylor, the two were texting the same night she returned from filming“The Bachelorette,”and he came over late. She confirmed the relationship has continued since.

She described her pull toward Dakota as an addiction, telling cameras,“When you have an addiction, there’s not a lot of things that are more powerful than that drug.”She also said,“I don’t want a complicated life, but it’s all I know.”The confession lands on top of an already messy year. ABC canceled her season of“The Bachelorette”in March after a leaked 2023 domestic incident video, and“SLOMW”halted production during an abuse investigation involving her and Dakota. She ended her engagement to Doug a month after filming wrapped, though sources later said the two were trying to reconcile. Their current status remains unclear.
