Tom Cruise, 64, Shows Off Abs on GQ Cover After 20-Year Interview Hiatus

Tom Cruise is 64 years old and he’s on the cover of GQ with his shirt open and his abs on display. He posed in Levi’s jeans and vintage tees along Hollywood Boulevard for photographer Mario Sorrenti, and it marks his sixth American GQ cover, but his first with the magazine in more than two decades.

When asked why he’s stayed away from interviews so long, his answer was simple.“I’ve been busy.”He also shared a bit of his mindset, saying he isn’t someone who lives in the past, that he’s focused on the present and what’s ahead.

Cruise is out promoting a new film called“Digger,”where he plays a southern oil tycoon, and early buzz says the transformation is so complete you might not recognize him. It’s a long way from the action roles most folks know him for, and that’s exactly why some fans are curious.
